This position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment/employment, policy implementation, recordkeeping and compliance.
Essential FunctionsProvide direct support and training to employees, supervisors and managers regarding employment policies and procedures and the tools and resources we use to administer them. Provide translation, as necessary, to ensure content is understood consistently without a language barrier.
