Brule County, SD

The NTSB confirms that a plane crashed today shortly after 12:30pm south of Chamberlain, South Dakota. The plane is a Pilatus PC-12 and according to Flightaware.com it had departed the Chamberlain airport, enroute to Idaho Falls, Idaho.

The Brule County State's Attorney confirms that 12 people were on-board the plane. 9 people were killed and three survived. The injured were taken to Sioux Falls were they are listed in Critical Condition.Â
