New numbers of COVID-19 Cases were released by the South Dakota Department of Health on Sunday and they show and increase of 95 new cases statewide, bringing the state’s total to 4,563.
Active cases in state are at 1,142. Codington County increased to 32 cases, 17 of those have fully recovered. Roberts County has 12 new cases.
Total recoveries are at 3,371, 35 more than Saturday which was 3,336.
Current hospitalizations are at 85, down from Saturdays 90.
There are 30,342 negative tests that have been performed. That is up from Saturday which had 29,060.
The number of deaths reported remain the same from Saturday, at 50.
