Watertown, SD -- The 2019 Flying Legends of Victory B-25 Tour that was scheduled at the Watertown Regional Airport July 8-14th has been cancelled. Due to flooding and extreme weather, the tour’s organizers chose to cancel many tour stops. According to Richard Mitchell at CAF Airbase in Arizona, any seats sold will be refunded soon. The Flying Legs of Victory Tour brings World War II planes from the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum to the public every summer.
Additional tour stops cancelled are: Topeka, Lincoln, Grand Island, Sioux Falls, Cedar Rapids, Boone, Council Bluffs, Davenport, Fort Smith, Texarkana, Shreveport and San Angelo.
