In a Monday Afternoon Press conference, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem says a tenth person has now been diagnosed with COVID-19.
The man, in the age group 20-29, lives in Minnehaha County. Noem says there have been almost 500 negative tests performed and no tests are pending.
The Governor also provided additional details about the male who passed away last week…..

Noem says that the situation remains serious across the state and urged everyone to take steps to protect themselves….
Governor Noem says her team Is working closely with the U.S. Small Business Administration to activate the economic Injury Disaster Loan program in South Dakota. This program would help eligible business and non-profits impacted by COVID-19.
