WHAT: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches

expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph tonight.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Codington and Deuel Counties. In

Minnesota, Traverse and Big Stone Counties.

* WHEN...From noon today to midnight CST tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy

blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility tonight. The

hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
