Among resolutions approved were three new Tax Increment Financing Districts eight, nine, and ten. 8 will provide improvements in the Calvin Industrial Park to support Comprehensive Logistics Incorporated. The company will provide support to Terex when up and operational next year providing 25 new jobs in a more than 62,000 square foot facility. Traci Stein is with the Watertown Development Company.

TIF 8, 9, and ten are all new businesses to Watertown. TIF Nine will be used to provide infrastructure support for Westside Implement of Clark where their new Kubota Dealership will be located. Westside will continue their operations at Clark. It will be located on 9 plus acres with an accompanying 18,000 square foot building. Stein says the TIF Ten Tax Increment Financing District is a proposed mixed use of commercial and residential that will be created to pay the costs of public infrastructure, land acquisition, and other expenses needed to facilitate the construction of a new retail and apartment complex in downtown Watertown.
