Watertown Police Department

The Watertown Police Department has arrested two local residents as a result of their investigation into numerous thefts from vehicles that occurred during the night-time hours between January 22nd and the 24th. 

Justin Sell, 22, and Sarina West, 20 were arrested on Sunday.  

Police say they have both been charged with Grand Theft, $1,000-$2,500, a Class 6 Felony. Both Sell and West are being held in Codington County Jail on $5,000 cash/surety bond.  
Police say additional charges are pending in the case.  A class six felony carries a maximum sentence of two years in the State Penitentiary, a fine of up to four-thousand dollars or both.
